Many apps and tools let you plan your Instagram, both on mobile and desktop. Which one you should choose, depends on your needs. In this blog post, I will look at the features of some of the most popular ones so you can easily choose one that’s a good match for you:

  • How many accounts you have

If there’s an app I haven’t mentioned that you would like to recommend, please let me know in the comments.

Later – scheduler for Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook

I’ll start with the planner I use myself: Later. I use it because it lets me have several accounts, and I can plan for different social media in the same place. You can choose from the free version for individuals, plans for solopreneurs, large businesses, and brands. Later even offers auto-publishing for the free version, without the need for notifications.

Depending on the plan, you get analytics, see which content that creates most engagement, you can quickly reply to comments, and you can discover the best times to post. Another advantage is a preview of your Instagram feed. This feature enables you to plan your feed visually.

Planoly – the easy way to plan your Instagram feed & aesthetics

Planoly is an excellent tool for Instagram, and it gets used by over 1,000,000 brands, influences, and business, and that means they must be doing something right. Not only can you drag & drop photos to plan your feed aesthetics, but you can create several draft grids before choosing the one you want. The price range is very flexible, and they also offer a free account with one month of analytics.

Plann – Instagram planning, scheduling and analytics

I really like Plann. It is user-friendly, you can drag and drop photos, and the analytics includes features such as discovering your color palette. Depending on your needs, you can choose from a free and a paid version. The prices are quite budget-friendly, making this a good app if you are new or want many features without spending too much money.

So, which ones do you prefer?

I would love to hear back from you. Please comment if you have a recommendation to share. I would also be happy if you shared your experiences with these apps. Happy Creating, lovelies!
